What You Will Be Doing

• Employ advanced analysis tools and RAG vector stores to spot, diagnose, and rectify product issues and bugs.
• Utilize AI development agents to innovate, develop, and deploy features for cloud-native apps.

Full Stack Developer Key Responsibilities

• Deploy AI-driven features to enhance workflows and furnish service providers with cutting-edge tools.
  
  

Basic Requirements

• AI-Centric Approach (if your default is coding first and using AI tools to enhance or check your work, this role isn't for you)
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in commercial software development, with a focus on server-side web applications
• Professional experience with GenAI code assistants (e.g., Github Copilot, Cursor.sh, v0.dev)
• Proven track record of implementing Generative AI solutions with significant quantitative outcomes

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
