Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain robust, scalable web applications using Ruby on Rails
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other devs to bring features to life
Optimize performance and write well-tested, maintainable code
Participate in code reviews and help drive best practices

Mandatory Skills

3+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails in production environments
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL), and background jobs
Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Experience with Git and agile development workflows
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
